Today the Idaho State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) has announced the appointment of Dr. Scott Leibsle as the new State Veterinarian following the retirement of Dr. Bill Barton. Dr. Barton has worked diligently on behalf of our industry for many year and we wish him luck in his retirement!
