We are excited to continue the Idaho Cattle Association’s Annual Convention tradition of bringing together cattle producers, industry partners, and students through an engaging mix of educational opportunities, networking, and social events.
Our Allied Industries Trade Show provides vendors with valuable opportunities to connect directly with convention attendees, showcase products and services, and build relationships with Idaho’s cattle industry.
We expect 500+ attendees from across the state for this event! Start planning now - vendor booths and sponsorships will fill quickly. We ask that commitments are received by Monday, October 16th to guarantee early registration pricing, best placement of your booth, and maximum exposure for your sponsor support. We are proud to continue to offer sponsors recognition in the convention marketing, via signage and event program, as well as in Line Rider magazine and on ICA social media.

Trade Show Opportunity
Trade Show Booths
Trade show booths are sold at $650 per booth for ICA members, $800 for non-ICA members. Each booth reservation includes one Monday dinner ticket and one Tuesday breakfast ticket. Additional meal tickets can be purchased by calling our office or registering online. Booth space includes one 6-foot table with tablecloth and skirt, and two chairs. Electricity is available. Booth spaces are limited, and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we receive your registration form we will email you the trade show setup map and have you pick the location of your space.
Trade show set-up begins Sunday, November 8, at 3:00 pm and must be in place and ready for the trade show to open at 8:00 am Monday morning. Booths cannot be torn down before 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 10.
Sponsor Opportunities
Student Session
Your support of this session will aid in connecting our student members from various agriculture programs with resources to grow in Idaho's beef industry! Students will attend an exclusive hour in the Allied Industries tradeshow, as well as listen to a panel of speakers representing various segments & supporting agencies for our industry.
Opening session
Kick off the Idaho Cattle Association Annual Convention with an insightful look at the cattle market and the factors shaping the industry. Hear from a CattleFax representative as they provide valuable perspective on current market trends, industry dynamics, and what producers can keep in mind moving forward.
Breakfast
Tuesday morning will begin with a buffet breakfast. Attendees will enjoy a delicious meal while they catch up on industry updates from NCBA staff and other guest speakers.
Council Sessions
There are three council sessions targeted at specific issues facing different sectors of the industry. These sessions include feeder, cow-calf/purebred and CattleWomen.
Education Sessions
There will be seven education sessions this year. Please call the office at 208-343-1615 to find out which session topic best fits your needs.
Refreshment Breaks
Five refreshment breaks are available.
Auction & Raffle Items
We will hold a live and silent auction to raise funds for the Idaho Cattle Association’s Political Action Committee (PAC) to support political candidates who promote and protect our industry. The PAC runs on donations and on the funds raised from our annual PAC auction. We ask that you consider donating an item to be sold at the auction this year. These items will allow the PAC to continue to support the election of capable lawmakers and public officials who will act as public servants to Idaho and to the Idaho cattle industry. If you have something you would like to donate, please contact the office at (208) 343-1615 or email Michelle at [email protected]. In addition, every exhibitor is asked to bring one item to be given away as a door prize during the convention. These items can be hats, mugs, t-shirts, or products. All convention attendees who pre-register will be entered into the raffle for these door prizes.
